Nozzle customers can now choose to authorize ads and orders themselves, or generate a link for a client or third party if they're not the root account holder.

If you want to use Nozzle, but you're not the Amazon root account holder, you can now send a link to the account holder to authorize Nozzle for you (rather than asking them to log into your Nozzle account).

How to send an external link to the root account holder:

  1. Log in to Nozzle, and head to the user Settings page

  2. Click on 'Link Amazon Account'

  3. Generate a link for the root account holder by clicking on 'Need someone else to authorise? Send a Link' - this will be copied to your clipboard.

  4. Forward that link to the root account holder.

  5. Once received, the root account holder has to click on the link and authorize Nozzle to connect with Amazon, once done, they will get a success message confirming that the account has been authorized.

  6. Marketplace ads are synced!

Next, you'll need to sync orders:

  1. The sync orders button becomes active within the user settings page once the ads are synced.

  2. Click on sync orders for a marketplace and generate a link for the root account holder and forward it to them.

  3. Once received, the root account holder has to click on the link and authorize Nozzle to access orders data. When this is complete, they will get a success message as confirmation.

  4. Orders import will begin!
