There may be instances where certain ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) are not displayed in your Nozzle account. In this article, we'll explain why certain ASINs may not appear and provide solutions to ensure you have the most accurate data possible.

Lack of Ads Data

ASINs will not appear in your Nozzle account if there is no ads data associated with them. We rely on ads data to analyze and provide metrics for your advertising campaigns. If an ASIN has not been part of any advertising campaigns, it's natural for it to not appear in your Nozzle account.

Manually Adding ASINs

You have the option to add ASINs manually if you want them to be reported in your Nozzle account. However, it's important to note that when adding ASINs without any ads data associated with them, the metrics for those ASINs may be inaccurate. Without ads data, we cannot provide precise performance metrics for these ASINs. If you want to do this, please contact support via the chat.
