At the moment, our platform only supports single-user access. However, we understand the need to grant your agency access to your account and are actively working on implementing multi-user access.
In the meantime, here are the steps you can follow to give your agency access to your account:
Steps to Share Access with Your Agency
If you signed up with an email and password: Simply share your email and password credentials with your agency, allowing them to log in to your account.
If you signed up using Google or Amazon Single Sign-On (SSO): You will need to sign up to our platform again using a different email and password. Once completed, our team will work on the backend to connect your new account with your existing one, allowing your agency to access your information. See the full guide on this here
